At Primexa Equipment we aim to provide a smooth and reliable rental experience for all clients. Please read our rental policy carefully before booking.

Booking & Confirmation

• All rentals must be pre-booked and confirmed in advance.

• Booking is confirmed only after availability confirmation and advance payment (if applicable).

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or website enquiry.

Rental Duration

• Rental duration is calculated on a 24-hour basis unless otherwise agreed.

• Late returns may attract additional rental charges.

• Extensions must be informed before the rental period ends and are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

• Full rental payment must be completed before equipment pickup or delivery.

• Security deposit is mandatory and refundable after equipment return and inspection.

• Payment modes: UPI / Bank transfer / Cash (as agreed).

Security Deposit

• Security deposit amount depends on the equipment value.

• Deposit will be refunded after return, subject to:

  • Equipment condition check

  • No missing accessories

  • No damage or misuse

Refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours after return.

Equipment Condition & Responsibility

• All equipment is provided in tested and working condition.

• Client is responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

• Any damage, loss, theft, or malfunction caused due to mishandling will be charged to the client.

• Equipment must be used only for professional and legal purposes.

Damage, Loss & Repair

• In case of damage, the client agrees to:

  • Pay the repair cost, or

  • Pay the replacement value if equipment is beyond repair.

• In case of theft or total loss, the full market value of the equipment will be charged.

• Insurance is optional and recommended for high-value rentals.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 24 hours before pickup: No charge / minimal fee (as agreed).

• Same-day cancellation: Rental charge may apply.

• Once equipment is dispatched or prepared, cancellation charges will apply.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup available from Goregaon West, Mumbai.

• Delivery & pickup services are available across Mumbai (extra charges may apply).

• Client must verify all items at the time of pickup/delivery.

Technical Support

• On-set technical support (camera operator, assistant, lighting, audio) is available as an add-on service.

• Support staff charges are separate from equipment rental.

• Any overtime will be billed additionally.

Usage & Liability

• Equipment must not be sub-rented or handed over to a third party without permission.

• Primexa Equipment is not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Missed shots

  • Production delays caused by misuse

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
